Places in the Cherwell district that have seen house prices rise.

The biggest price hike was in the Banbury Calthorpe area where the average price rose to £289,354, up by 6.5% on the year from September 2019. Overall, 115 houses changed hands here between October 2019 and September 2020, a drop/rise of 44.
