Hide AdIt tells the story of nightclub singer and wannabe diva, Deloris Van Cartier, whose life takes a surprising turn when she witnesses a murder.
Under protective custody, she is hidden in the last place she is likely to be found – a convent.
Disguised as a nun, and under the suspicious watch of Mother Superior, Deloris helps her fellow sisters find their voices as she unexpectedly rediscovers her own.
A newcomer to the society, Amanda Andersen, takes on the lead role of Deloris, with Sharon Smith playing her nemesis, the Mother Superior. They are ably supported by a strong cast which includes David Hornsby as Monsignor O’Hara, Melanie Austin as Sister Mary Robert, Ruth Anker as Sister Mary Patrick, Steve Vaughan as the mobster Curtis, and Glenn Wheeler who plays Eddie the policeman protecting Delores.
