“Born in Merseyside to an English mother and Jamaican father, Paul has an infectious personality. He is colourful, funny, highly original and can bring the most mundane, everyday cooking experiences to life for audiences.”

The food fair will run from 11am until 5pm on Sunday August 21 and there will be tables and chairs set out so that visitors can relax and enjoy the various foods and drinks on offer, whilst enjoying the entertainment.

Many of the traders will have free samples so that shoppers can taste the foods from around the world before they buy them and the al fresco dining experience is popular with many families.
