Christmas events: Christmas Concert is taking place in Brackley on December 19

The event will be taking place in St Peter’s Church, Brackley, 7.30pm start.

It is free admission with a raffle and a retiring collection.

Refreshments will be available to purchase.

A spokesperson for the band said: “The programme will contain both traditional items such as Away in a Manager and A Winter’s Tale and Christmas pop tunes such as Merry Christmas Everyone, Merry Christmas Everybody and a medley of songs called A Christmas Pop Collection.”

“There will also be an opportunity to have a sing-along as we will be performing for you two very well-known carols and the words will be provided. Refreshments will be available at the interval.

“We very much look forward to seeing you at this ever increasingly popular concert. Please don’t be afraid to come in your fancy dress or bring along your Christmas hats and tinsel if you’d like.”
