Two partial school closures reported in Banbury area due to coronavirus impact

Three partial school closures have been reported across Oxfordshire due to the impact of the coronavirus, including two in the Banbury area.

The latest school to partially close is Wroxton Primary School.

The Eagles class from Wroxton Primary, which includes reception and year one classes at the school has closed due to a case of Covid-19, according to the Oxfordshire County Council press office.

The Eagles class closure will be for 14 days from today, Wednesday October 7 until Wednesday October 21.

The second Banbury area school impacted by the coronavirus is Frank Wise School. Twenty seven pupils within one bubble are not attending school. The partial closure at Frank Wise School will be from Monday October 5 until Friday October 16.

Bure Park Primary in Bicester has also had a partial closure due to the coronavirus.
