New figures show how many people have had their first Covid-19 vaccination in specific neighbourhoods of the Banbury area

Since the UK’s vaccination programme started in December around 19 million people have received their first jab.

In the Cherwell area, the number stands at 37,786.

These figures for vaccinations are from the NHS and cover the time between December 8, 2020 and February 21, 2021.

In some areas of Cherwell, everyone over 70 has had their first dose, with the others between 88 and 100 per cent.
