Coronavirus - Banbury therapy centre offers low cost counselling for those who are anxious and worried
The centre in Oxford Road is temporarily closed but counsellors and therapists are helping clients by telephone and using the internet.
Spokesman Lucy Smith said many people may find the restrictions of lockdown and isolation an emotionally difficult time.

"As the centre has had to close its doors, many of our therapists are working from home offering Skype, Zoom, Vsee, WhatsApp and telephone counselling. We have also opened a new service where we are offering 30 minute telephone counselling appointments for £20 per call as a low cost option for those who are in need and would like to speak to a qualified therapist.
"By using our telephone counselling service you can talk through what is going on for you. Talking on the telephone to a qualified counsellor will provide you with an understanding ear and a calm and safe space to express your anxieties and frustrations."
