Mrs Prentis has called on her constituents to nominate anyone they know who has gone the extra mile during the coronavirus outbreak.

Speaking as she launched her search for the Unsung Heroes of North Oxfordshire, Victoria said: “I have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of community spirit that we have seen since the start of the coronavirus outbreak.

"I know that there are so many individuals, groups and organisations who have been doing what they can to help residents in their local village or town. From shopping for an elderly neighbour to collecting and delivering prescriptions for the residents of an entire village, there are so many people who deserve recognition. If you know an Unsung Hero in your area, I want to hear about them.”

To nominate your unsung hero, email Mrs Prentis at [email protected]. Alternatively, telephone her constituency office on 01869 233 685.
