Banbury area school student delivering meals to vulnerable people in local villages

Liv Finch, a 17-year-old lower sixth pupil at Bloxham School, has been delivering meals made by her local pub, The Fox, in Peasemore, West Berkshire.

The pub is closed, but it is running a small pop-up shop selling bread, milk, veg, etc, and they are making meals to take-away.

Liv is one of the volunteer drivers who delivers meals to people self isolating in local villages.

Liv Finch said: "I am always happy to help out when I can, we have lived here for ten years so I know lots of the local residents. I passed my driving test in February so I am more able to volunteer to pick up shopping or deliver meals for those self isolating.

Kate Finch, Liv's mother, said: "We live in a very small community and Liv is always willing to help out. I’m proud of her contributing to the local community during these difficult times.
