In total nine unconditional offers have so far been received, meaning that students have already met the entry requirements of their chosen courses ahead of taking their final A Level exam later this year.

A number of students have also been offered financial scholarships. Furthermore, a number of students have been given reduced offers (lower entry requirements) because of the strength of their personal statements or completion of an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Places have been offered to study physics, law, fashion, marketing, astrophysics, drama, marine biology, maths, philosophy and sport science.

Cate Mallalieu-Needle, head of Sibford Sixth Form said, "We are delighted that so many of our Year 13 students have started to receive their well-deserved university offers.

"The wide range of pathways and destinations reflect the diverse and thriving community found at Sibford School, from the students applying to Russell Group universities, to those who are choosing to further their careers in a wide range of vocations such as marketing and fashion."

Sibford School will host an open morning for prospective students and their parents on Friday, March 13 at 9.45am. Call Elspeth Dyer, admissions officer on 01295 781 203 to book your place.
