But Covid-19 put all these plans on hold.
However, worse was to come for the preschool, which has been rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted.
A spokesperson for the spreschool said: "On May 18, we went into the building to prepare for reopening only to find that the building was flooded from a burst pipe.
"The damage that has been caused has been extensive and devastating.

"Unable to open we are using a temporary building located on the school grounds which has limited space and resources."
Although they will receive money from insurance claims, they will only cover repairs relating to the flood damage.
"Any donations will contribute towards building a modernised, bright and fun filled environment for children to learn through play and will ensure that our community led preschool will continue to thrive and grow for children, parents, carers and the community for years to come," said the preschool.
So they have set up a Just Giving site for people to donate. The site https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/Kingssuttonpreschool
