Bubbles were created for the walk, and social distancing measures were in place at all times for the walk.

Melanie Hammond, the office administrator at the primary school, said: "It was lovely for the girls to catch up and chat along the way, as we are very much separated at school with bubbles unable to mix at break times and lunch times.

"They have raised over £2000 from online donations through the Just Giving page for the Charity Mind. This is a charity really close to most of us at school, either through supporting us or members of our family or friends."
