The two sessions - which will be held on Thursday November 28 from 5.30-6.30pm and Tuesday December 10 from 10-11am - will provide a way for Stagecoach in Oxfordshire and Oxford Tube passengers to have direct access to the company’s manging director.

Chris Coleman, Stagecoach managing director, said: “The responses we get from customer communications have helped us introduce contactless payments, new services and journeys and make enhancements to timetables, to name a few examples.

"So, I would encourage any of our customers who have any feedback or questions to join the sessions. To date we have collated feedback through meeting passengers on board our buses and at stops, carrying out online surveys and attending a recent Bus Users event in the city centre, but never on Twitter!"

Customers can take part in the sessions by tweeting their questions to @Stagecoach_Ox and using the hashtag #AskStagecoachMD.
