Lucy, who owns the Lords & Ladies hair salon, said: “We lost my amazing mum, Sue, to cancer last year, and we miss her badly.
"The snack bar was going to be a joint venture with her, but, after she passed away, my dad, Les, my friend David Gourley and I decided to create Mumma Sue’s in her memory."
Mumma Sue’s sells baguettes, paninis and jacket potatoes, as well as coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Snacks and soft drinks will also be available as will bacon and sausage baps.
Mumma Sue’s will be offering a free hot drink with every food order to all emergency workers.

Lucy added: “Mumma Sue’s is a response to local demand, so, despite current conditions, we have decided not to delay the launch any longer.
"Customer safety is obviously paramount, so we’ll be following all the social distancing guidelines.”
Mumma Sue’s is located in Orchard Way between On Ho Chinese takeaway and Lords & Ladies salon.
It will be open from 7am, six days a week, and pre-ordering is available by calling 07955 087070.
