Spring has arrived - with a new ale from Banburyshire brewery

Spring has arrived - bringing with it a new ale from Hook Norton Brewery.

The brand new April seasonal cask ale – Spring Light (3.2%) will be launched at The Falcon, Thame on Thursday, April 2 from 5pm – 7pm.

Spring Light is described as hazy, zesty and effortlessly refreshing, bringing bright grapefruit notes with a gentle hint of coriander spice, capturing the feeling of a fresh spring breeze. It’s a light-strength beer but full of flavour.

The launch event also celebrates an exciting new chapter for the pub following a £50,000 investment and refurbishment by Hook Norton Brewery. The work has given The Falcon a fresh new look, inside and out with an outdoor seating area for the summer.

Spring Lights will be available for a limited time at the brewery, across Hook Norton pubs and some free houses.
