A Northamptonshire signage company has launched a range of protective screens for businesses to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Xsign's perspex screens provide a shield from coughs, sneezes and physical contact, all of which aid the transmission of Covid-19 through airborne particles and infected surfaces.

"We wanted to create something that made both workers and consumers feel safe whilst adapting to the new ‘normal’.
“A single sneeze has the potential to cause infection, so to counter this, we developed a range of clear screens that can be mounted to a variety of surfaces to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.”
In a shop or a business with face-to-face contact, the screens allow staff to pass goods or documents and take money in return safely, according to xsign.

Alongside protective screens, xsign also offers a range of signs that advise the best way to stop transmission and highlights frequent hand-washing and how to cough or sneeze responsibly.
