New fitness centre opens in Banbury this week
A new fitness centre has opened in St Leonard’s Old School on Middleton Road, Banbury this week on Monday April 12.
Owner, Yasser Hanif, and the new staff have worked since January renovating and improving what used to be Energie Fitness in St Leonard’s Old School on Middleton Road converting into what's now known as Kayi Fitness Club.
The new owners have updated and replaced machines and have completed a refurbishment of the whole building.
A spokesperson for Kayi Fitness Club said: "No matter what your age, shape, size or fitness level, we look forward to welcoming you to our fantastic indoor gym and fitness centre in the heart of Banbury.
"However you prefer to train, you’ll find something at Kayi to suit your workout routine. And our team are on hand to help and support you as you reach your health and fitness goals.
Choose from weights, cardio or resistance equipment, follow one of our tailormade training programmes, or sign up for one of our many virtual classes including yoga, dance, boxercise or spinning. Or you can opt for a personal trainer to take you through your paces."
For more information on Kayi Fitness see their website here: https://www.kayisfitnessclub.co.uk/ or their Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/KayifitnessYasser Hanif said. “Your wellbeing is our highest priority. You can have complete peace of mind knowing that we have social distancing and other Covid-secure measures in place to keep you safe.
"This means our gym capacity is limited, facilities and equipment are spaced two metres apart, classes will be virtual for the time being, you will be temperature checked on arrival, but you do not need to wear a mask. Furthermore, our building will remain well-ventilated, and we will have extra cleaning procedures in place throughout the day. Finally, a big shout out to Gym Manager, Yasmin Kaduji, for all her hard work in getting everything and everyone organised for our opening.”
