Coffee#1 opened its first store in 2001 and now operates across Wales the South West, the South Coast and parts of the Midlands.

Bruce Newman, director at Coffee#1, said: “100 stores is a fantastic milestone for us and a great achievement for everyone involved with the business.

"We plan to run the 100th Coffee#1 shop with the same ethos as the 99 that have preceded it, with a strong focus on our customers, great coffee and ensuring our stores are homely and welcoming.

"We have always run every Coffee#1 as a local community-based coffee shop where we want our customers to feel welcome and relaxed. The fact we’ve reached 100 stores shows the connection our stores and teams have with our customers.”
