Jord Smith, the head of the Maxrock music school in Banbury has launched the Game Builders Academy in town.

He said: "GBA teaches students how to use the world's most powerful engine for games and animation, this is the exact same software games like Fortnite and Crash Bandicoot were built on as well as being used for the CGI and the backdrops in the Mandalorian.

"The skills students will learn from this course are not only future proof but completely adaptable. A student could go on and make the next big game, they could end up in animation, designing cars, or architecture planning.
