Former Banbury Guardian office reborn
Business owners are being invited to attend an open evening at Guardian House on North Bar Street next week as the the former Banbury Guardian offices start their next chapter.
The event, on Wednesday, December 11 between 6 pm and 8pm, will give business owners an opportunity to tour the new office space and enjoy drinks and nibbles.
Town mayor, Cllr John Colegrave, will be attending to officially open the office space.
The building has been transformed by owners Andy and Vashti Bedwell of Point of Difference Workspace Limited who also own Perch Co-Working in Bicester and Market House in Aylesbury.
Andy said: “Banbury is a growing town benefiting from a Council investing in economic growth, strong transport links and a close-knit business community.
"We’re excited for the launch of Guardian House, a stunning property that we’re thrilled to restore to its former glory and some.
"We look forward to welcoming the business community and showing those looking for inspiring office space what we have to offer.”
The iconic building has been restored and styled by a professional designer to create a light, open and airy high-spec place for busy professionals to work.
Letting agent for the building, Neil Wild of Wild Property Consultancy, said: “Banbury businesses have for some time been looking out for a professionally designed and high spec
office space and Guardian House is already proving that it is fulfilling this need.”
