Crown Paints and Wooden Floor Store have both agreed terms at the 20,000 sq ft scheme at Marley Way, a principal Banbury trade location and home to B&Q, Halfords, Homebase, GSF, Toolstation, Rexel, Grahams and Tile Giant.

The estate was acquired by Dunmoore in April 2016 and has been transformed from an ageing, secondary industrial location into a trade counter scheme, becoming part of the company’s growing Made for Trade-branded trade counter portfolio.

Andrew Scott, investment surveyor at Dunmoore, said: “Securing these final lettings at Marley Way concludes what has been an extremely successful business plan, which has seen the estate completely transformed in a relatively short period of time since acquisition.

“We have not only improved the appearance of the estate dramatically but also the tenant profile on the terrace with some hands-on asset management, which has created one of the area’s top trade destinations."

The transformation involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the estate, which included a render and cedar external finish and the installation of glazed trade screens.

Significant asset management was also undertaken with the surrender and re-letting of three of the units, leading to a much- improved tenant line up.

Letting agents were Rapleys and White Commercial.
