Banbury town centre shopping centre wins 'Site of the Year' award

The Banbury town centre shopping centre - Castle Quay - has won 'Site of the Year' and 'Service Excellence of the Year' awards

Castle Quay Shopping Centre has announced the team at Castle Quay has won the 'Site of the Year' and 'Service Excellence of the Year' awards at the 2021 Westgrove Group Annual Reward and Recognition Awards.

There was fierce competition with 438 nominations from 55 UK Westgrove sites, so to win in the main ‘Site of the Year’ category was a huge accomplishment for Castle Quay.

The Westgrove Group, which provides facilities management and operational support across some of the UK’s largest regional shopping centres, recognises the teams and individual colleagues they work with across the UK, who go above and beyond through their reward and recognition programme.

Oliver Wren, the centre director at Castle Quay Shopping Centre, said: “I am really proud of our achievement.
