Banbury property consultancy makes senior promotion

Fisher German property consultancy and estate agents has promoted James Wadland, who is part of the firm’s infrastructure services team, to associate director.

James joined the firm in 2013 after graduating from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. He has since gone on to qualify as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

The infrastructure services team in Banbury works with clients across the South, South East and South West of England, and James’s current role sees him work predominantly within the electricity sector on behalf of his two main clients, UK Power Networks (UKPN) and National Grid.

Fisher German has made a total of 21 promotions across its offices, including three partner promotions, marking the firm’s continuing success across a number of specialisms.

James said: “I’m extremely proud to receive this promotion, and I am very grateful to be working for a thriving company.

“It is excellent to see so many colleagues promoted across the business, and it is extremely positive to be able to work for a company that has supported its employees to move forward in their careers despite a challenging 12 months.”

The announcement comes as the business formally merges with Birmingham-based Vine Property Management, which manages 51 million sq. ft. of retail, industrial and office property, following a deal in 2020.
