Banbury hair salon gives away free haircuts for NHS Hero Day
The Toni & Guy Banbury hair salon in the town centre gave 12 free haircuts to NHS staff members on Sunday July 26. The Toni & Guy salon, owned and run by the couple Hitesh and Jaymeni Ravrani, is normally closed on Sundays.
Hitesh Ravrani said: "Myself, my wife, Jaymeni Ravrani, and all my Toni & Guy team were looking forward to this great opportunity to help our NHS Heroes.

"I would like to thank all NHS heroes for their amazing work. This was our chance to give something back.
"It was very busy, but we still kept social distancing between clients and managed to keep up with all government guidelines."
NHS staff members were able to get a free wash, cut and dry of their hair.
They gave away roughly around £700 worth of hair service, and £200 worth of goody bags from 11am to 2.30pm.
Hitesh got an assist on the NHS Hero Day from his son.

He added: "The morning started with very positive vibes as my 10-year old son Mayan Ravrani asked me if he can help me in the good cause.
"He asked if he could come and help in the salon. As soon as I said yes, he instantly comes up with the idea of giving goody bags to all NHS Heroes.
"It will be nice if they go home with some sort of product to use afterwards. Mayan came with us to salon, and he made all the goody bags himself."
The Toni & Guy salon was one of many who reopened across Banbury and the UK on Saturday July 4.
