Long Run can reclaim crown

WE’VE teamed up with BetVictor and Charlie McCann to preview the King George VI Chase at Kempton Park on Boxing Day.

We all need to pick a winner or two over the Christmas period and I believe connections of Long Run will make plenty of use of the former winner of the King George at Kempton on Boxing Day.

There are stamina doubts about many of his market rivals and his yard were quick to point out that he was in need of the run when behind Silviniaco Conti at Haydock on his reappearance.

A repeat of that run may be good enough and if he runs as well as he did last year in this event when beaten a length and a quarter by Kauto Star that must surely be good enough.
