United’s away day blues continue

BANBURY United’s dismal away form continued as they were thumped 4-0 at St Albans City in the only Evo-Stik League Southern game to go ahead.

United slipped to their fourth successive premier division defeat on the road. Richard Graham fired Chesham ahead in the 23rd minute and Greg Ngoyi doubled their advantage six minutes before the break.

Chris Henry added a third in the 77th minute and Lewis Toomey’s 89th minute goal rounded it off. The visitors had their chances in the first half but Saints made it three wins on the bounce.
