Two arrested following football bust-up

TWO teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of causing Grevious Bodily Harm following the football match betwen Slough Town Reserves and Easington Sports Reserves.

The UHLSport Hellenic League game, which took place last Saturday, ended with four Easington players being taken to hospital and two of them having operations to repair their broken jaws at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

An 18-year-old and a 19-year-old, both from Slough, have been bailed until late March. No Easington players have been arrested and Thames Valley Police investigations are on going.

Slough have been charged by the Berks & Bucks FA for failing to control their players.
