NEW signings Ben Milner and Neil Champelovier were on target to help Woodford United win the biggest match in their history on Saturday.
The UCL Premier Division side beat Eton Manor 2-0 in the second round of the FA Vase at Byfield Road.
Phil Mason's side will face Bristol side Brislington away in the next round on December 11.
Mason said: "It was a fantastic result for everyone connected with the club. I hope that we can keep it going.
"It was my two new signings who supplied the goals and I was very happy with both of their contributions."
Striker Milner has arrived from Brackley Town while Champelovier, who was on loan last season, has joined from Southern Premier side Aylesbury United.
Chipping Norton lost the battle of the Hellenic Premier Division sides after going down 4-0 at Slimbridge in the FA Vase.
Slimbridge made the break through five minutes before half time and added a further three in the second half.
Boss Tim Fowler said: "It was always going to be a tough task, they are a very good side.
"We managed to hold them for much of the first half then they got their tails up in the second half and took their chances."
Chippy lost goalkeeper Jeremy Winters to a leg injury in the second half and with Ewan Prentice out long term, Fowler will be looking to bring someone in.
However, 17-year-old James Wilson made his debut after signing from Tamworth.
Chippy bounced back to winning form on Tuesday night with a 4-1 win over Launton Sports in the Oxfordshire Senior Cup.
After an uneventful hour, Jamie Clarke and Mark Dennis scored goals within a minute. Despite Launton pulling one back, further strikes from Gary Wilson and Anthony Akers secured the win.
OXFORDSHIRE SENIOR CUP
Adderbury Park continued their good run of recent form when they easily defeated Eynsham 3-0 in the first round of the Oxfordshire Senior Cup.
Danny Sams, Stewart English and Phil Black were on target for Adderbury.
Boss Jim Hay said: "The lads are really playing well as a team at the moment and there is a superb atmosphere in the dressing room."
Park host Hellenic Premier side Wantage in the League Cup on Saturday.
"It will be a good test for the lads and it will show them the standard which they will need to achieve if they want to play in the higher league," added Hay.
Former Barnet Reserve player David Williams has recently joined Adderbury and Hay has put in a seven-day approach for two more players.
Easington Sports advanced to the second round following a 2-0 win over Marston Saints.
The game was due to be played at Easington but because of a waterlogged pitch it was switched to Marston's ground.
Park won thanks to second half goals from Steve Worthington and Ben Elkington.
Boss Vinnie Halsall said: "It was a potential banana skin game, particularly as we were playing away from home on a relatively small pitch.
"But we had the right attitude and approach to the game and probably should have won by more goals."
Easington are at home to Harrow Hill in Saturday's Hellenic Division One West fixture.
Craig Hale has joined Sports from Middle Barton.
Despite a poor performance, Hook Norton managed to book their spot in the second round after a 1-0 win at Charlton United.
"That is the worst that we have played in a long time," said manager Anton Sambrook.
Mark Ward scored the only goal of the game with a thumping header early in the second half.
Hooky look to have a tougher task this Saturday when they face Hellenic Premier side Tuffley Rovers in the League Cup.
Middle Barton crashed out of the Oxfordshire Senior Cup when they lost 4-1 to Worcester & Bletchington.
"We were simply out-classed by a lower league side," said manager Ian Doak.
"We conceded four soft goals and might as well have given them a 4-0 head start."
John Umley scored Barton's solitary goal from the penalty spot. Middle Barton face second placed Tytherington Rocks in the league on Saturday.
In Hellenic Division One East, Banbury United Reserves fought back from traling 3-1 to earn a 3-3 draw at home to Kintbury Rangers.
Nick Jones scored two quick goals in the final 22 minutes for the hosts.
Liam Garrett had given United a 16th minute lead which was cancelled out in the 38th minute. The visitors scored again in the 49th and 64th minute.
