HOOK Norton's unbeaten run came to an end at The Bourne on Tuesday.
A first half goal from Paul Metheringham earned Almondsbury Town a 1-0 success in their Sport Italia Hellenic League Premier Division clash.

It brought to an end Hooky's eight-match unbeaten run but manager Karlton Stratford had no complaints.

"We had a good spell in the first half but they scored against the run of play," said Stratford.

"They defended well in the second half and we didn't really look like scoring if I'm honest."
