Our fees are very reasonable and more often than not are lower than the bigger agents. I usually prefer to come and see all new potential Landlords at the house . We do not like to charge you any additional fees on top of our management fee and there is no VAT for you to pay either. We will need to obtain a gas safety cetificate before Tenants move in and this costs about £50.00. You don`t have to pay anything unless and until I have found the right tenants for you.
