Dance to Health – a pilot programme to reduce falls in older people through a combination of physiotherapy and dance – has been such a success that it is set to continue.

The sessions are a fun and sociable way of maintaining health and fitness by strengthening muscles and improving flexibility. They take place every Friday from 10.15am to11.45am at Woodgreen Leisure Centre.
