Muddy time had by all at Wolf Run

Mud and water provided a backdrop of fun for 20 Let's Play staff and parents who took on last weekend's Wolf Run in Warwickshire.

Let’s Play provides leisure opportunities for disabled young people and took on the muddy challenge to raise money for activities the charity supports. Nearly £3,000 was raised.

“We had staff and families so it was good to get to know the families you see every day but don’t get to see the social side of.

“We helped each other climb walls and swim through lakes. It was extremely wet and muddy.”

She added most of those taking part hadn’t done anything like the Wolf Run before.

“It was a lot of fun and was very funny. One of us lost a shoe and had to complete the rest of it with one shoe,” Mrs Bates said.

The Wolf Run is a 10km course along woodland trails and through deep water crossings.
