Two calls for fire crews

BANBURY fire crews were called to deal with a car on fire between junction 11-12 of the M40 at 11am on Friday (February 15).

Two appliances from Banbury attended the scene.

Crews were also called to a single vehicle collision on Bretch Hill at 1am yesterday (Sunday).

The vehicle had left the road, hit a lamppost, overturned and ended up on its roof in a garden.

The driver had been released from the vehicle before firefighters arrived and crews made the vehicle safe.
