A DECISION on a proposal to build a new multi-storey car park next to Banbury Railway Station has been deferred.

At a planning committee meeting at Cherwell District Council last night (Thursday), councillors decided to defer the application to allow Chiltern Railways to meet with both Cherwell District and Oxfordshire County councillors on the site next to the Royal Mail sorting office in Higham Way.
