Crime novel writer will sign books in Middleton Cheney
Adrian Magson
The people of Middleton Cheney will get the chance to meet the author of 13 crime/thriller novels later this month.
Adrian Magson, who has also written many short stories and magazine articles, is giving a talk in the village’s library on Thursday, February 28.
His latest novels are Retribution, in the Harry Tate spy series, and Death on the Pont Noir in the Inspector Lucas Rocco series.
In addition to his crime writing, Magson is also a regular reviewer for Shots Magazine and writes the ‘Beginners’ and ‘New Author’ pages for Writing Magazine.
He is also the author of Write On – The Writer’s Help Book. The event, which starts at 7.30pm, will begin with the author introducing himself and talking about his current work. This will be followed by a question and answer session and there will also be books on sale which he will be happy to sign.
Adrian Magson’s talk is one in a series held at the venue, with the aim of making better use of the library and raising money to develop its facilities. Tickets are £5 (£2 children under 16) which includes wine/soft drinks and biscuits, and are available in advance from the library or by e-mailing midlib@northamptonshire.gov.uk
