Three people will reappear at Winchester Crown Court on April 15 charged with misconduct and data protection offences.

Sugra Hanif, 26, of Bretch Hill, Banbury was charged with obtaining/disclosing personal data after she sold personal information while serving as a Thames Valley Police officer in Oxford between January 2011 and September 30 2011.

She appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Tuesday along with Raza Khan, 26, and Paramjeet Kaur, 25, both of Ivy Road, Handsworth, Birmingham and both charged with conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office.

They are all due to reappear at Winchester Crown Court for a hearing on April 15, with a trial date set for July 29.
