Banburyshire churches broken into

TWO churches in Banburyshire have been broken into.

St John’s Church in Bodicote was broken into between 11.15am and 1.50pm on Sunday, January 20.

No items appear to have been taken, although the vestry door was damaged.

Someone tried to force entry into the locked vestry of Cropredy Church between January 12 and January 17, but nothing was taken.

If anyone sees anything suspicious they are urged to contact the local police team on 101.
