Former Banbury boxer Rob Evans was due to appear at court in Beverley Hills yesterday (Wednesday).

The America’s Next Top Model star has been charged with one count of assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury and one count of battery with serious bodily injury.

He first appeared at court on January 9.
