Frank Wise School pupils became Hollywood stars at their own movie premiere on Friday when their film project was shown on the big screen at Banbury’s Odeon cinema to parents and friends. A group of about 50 senior school pupils created the film entitled Now that’s what Wise calls 80s television – a series of comedy sketches based on hit 80s television shows including The A-Team and Top of the Pops. The pupils play starring roles in the annual project, write their parts and learn valuable video editing skills.

Frank Wise head teacher Sean O’Sullivan said: “I was absolutely delighted with it. It gives us such a showcase for what our children can do right in the heart of the community.”
