Chipping Norton-based Nicola Ménage, a qualified motivational hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner specialising in coaching and mentoring, has written her first book.

Mind Your Language; Seven Steps to Success Through Word Power, promises to change readers’ words and thereby their lives.

Sue Heady, of Heady Communications at The Mulberry House publishers, said: “The book prompts readers to free up how they think and speak, re-programming their language so that they use more affirmative words and sentences, enabling them to put a more positive spin on their daily lives. “It’s the perfect read for those who continually sell themselves short, miss out on promotions at work and/or feel that business opportunities are lacking, because readers will find they have more confidence and get things done more quickly and easily once they have finished the book.”

Nicola has spent the past decade researching the book based on her own personal experience and clinical practice.

As a motivational hypnotherapist, Nicola has helped people increase their self-belief and self-determination, allowing them to make lasting changes in their lives. Using both hypnosis and other mind programming techniques, she has helped put people from all walks of life back in control of their own future calmly, safely and quickly.

Describing her work, Ms Ménage said: “I excite the subconscious to see benefit and create fundamental change, so life is easier, happier and healthier.

“As with the clients I see in person, this book will help people make huge changes in a short space of time.
