Urgent need for pets to donate blood

Hawthorne Lodge Vets in Banbury’s West Bar is keen for more dogs to donate blood to be used by vets across the country.

The practice is working with the charity Pet Blood Bank UK which is in urgent need of negative blood. This is found in Airedale terriers, American Bulldogs, Boxers, Dobermanns, English Bull Terriers, Flat-Coated Retrievers, Alsatians, Greyhounds, Lurchers, Mastiffs, English Pointers and Weimaraners.
