Cherwell District Council is asking residents for feedback on the services it provides.

The council has undertaken a satisfaction survey every year since 2006, using the feedback to continually improve services.

Councillor Nicholas Turner, Cherwell’s lead member for performance and customers, said: ”If you live in the district I urge you to take part – we’ll be listening.

“Your responses can be anonymous and we’ll use your feedback to make sure that your council continues to improve and give you the quality of services you require.

“This survey isn’t just a tick box exercise – it’s a vital method of telling us your views on how we deliver services.

“And it’s a direct line to the councillors who make the decisions that affect you on a day-to-day basis.”

The survey contains 49 questions and should take no longer than 30 minutes to fill in. Anyone taking part can enter a prize draw with the chance of winning a hamper full of local produce, worth £50. To take part in the survey, go to www.cherwell.gov.uk
