Children at Winchcombe Farm Day Nursery in Upper Tysoe are enjoying strolling through their forest school to see the daffodils in full bloom.

Youngsters at the Shenington Road-based day nursery have just started a project which involves the development and life cycle of flowers. Rachel Giorgio, Winchcombe Farm Day Nursery manager, said:“Nursery children planted the bulbs some time ago and we are planting some more this year, along with some tulip bulbs in jam jars so the children can see how the roots grow.” Pictured is three-year-old Noah Cleaver.
