Fir Tree Falconry raised £1,500 for Myton Hospice in Warwick when it hosted a successful open day.
The falconry, near Warmington, allowed people to take a look at a host of different birds on display. Falconry owner Dian Saunders said: “We were really pleased with the day itself and the response it got. Everyone really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun; the weather was really good which helped!”
The falconry has also welcomed a new addition.
Eight-week-old Mango, pictured with Myton Hospice community fundraiser Nigel Adams, event organiser Tony Hall and Dian Saunders, is a Peruvian Striped Owl who will hopefully be part of future bird displays.
