Due to popular demand, Fairytale Farm is reopening earlier than planned in 2014.

The family farm attraction is located just outside Chipping Norton and is designed for children with disabilites and their families.

It will reopen on Tuesdays and Thursdays only from January 21 until the end of March.

Owner Nick Laister said the decision came following demand from visitors.

He said: “Fairytale Farm was opened by the Prime Minister in June last year and we have been really taken by surprise by its popularity, with visitor numbers far exceeding expectations.

“Visitors are telling us that they would like to be able to visit the farm throughout the winter and lots of people have been turning up to find us closed.

“We have therefore decided to pilot winter openings through to the end of March, when we will be opening on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. All the attractions will be open as normal and our land drains very well so we will not have any issues with standing water or significant mud. We believe it will be a great winter day out.”

The Enchanted Walk, Huff & Puff Adventure Playground and Alfie & Friends Animal Zone will all be open, as will the café, shop and indoor play room.
