Police are appealing for information after a cyclist indecently exposed himself to six girls while they were on a school trip.

The incident took place between Ascott Road and Traitors Gate Lane in Whichford near Shipston-in-Stour between 10:15 and 10:30am on Sunday June 8.

The lone cyclist approached the two groups of girls on a sports bicycle and performed a lewd act.

He is described as 6ft 1ins tall, of an athletic build with black hair and stubble and is thought to be in his mid to late 30’s. He was wearing black, red, white and green ‘Castelli’ cycling clothing which can be identified by a scorpion logo.

The man did not touch any of the girls in the incident but they were left shocked and distressed.

Police are advising people to be mindful and asking anyone with any information to contact police on the non-emergency number 101 with incident number 173 of June 8.
