Banbury and Bicester College is inviting local children to take part in a range of creative arts workshops this summer.
The short courses will give children aged eight to 16 the chance to develop skills in drawing and painting, ceramics and up-cycling, as well as meet new friends and have fun during the holidays.
Fiona Henderson, head of learning for creative industries at Banbury and Bicester College, said: “We are offering a fantastic range of creative courses for younger students during the summer holidays. These courses aim to develop skills with an emphasis on fun.
“They will also provide an insight into some of the full-time courses we offer and a taste of what it is like to study creative arts at a higher level.”
There are five summer school courses on offer; drawing and painting, design and customise your own T-shirt, recycle your toys, photography for kids and ceramics workshops. All of the courses will take place in the purpose-built creative arts and media centre block which provides industry-standard facilities.
