A man has been sentenced to three years and six months imprisonment for drugs offences.
Christopher Klimek, aged 32, of Portway, Banbury, was sentenced on Thursday, December 19 at Oxford Crown Court, after being found guilty of two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to supply, following a trial in November.
PC Richie Iwanoff, of Cherwell Local CID, said: “This sentence sends out the message that drug dealing will not be tolerated by the criminal justice system and the courts. Those convicted of class A supplying offences should expect to receive a custodial sentence.
“I would urge anyone with information about drug dealing in the Cherwell area to contact me on 101 or anonymously via crime stoppers on 0800 555 111.”
