Queensway School pupils combined design and technology with numeracy skills in their Entrepreneur Week last week.
From Monday-Friday, children across the school designed and made products to sell at a market stall to make a profit. Classes carried out market research activities, designed products, made posters and flyers to advertise the products and finally completed their finished pieces to sell. Items ranged from cards, bookmarks, plant pots and chocolate bars, to recycled jewellery, clay pots and key rings. Pictured are Jessica Bailey and Alfie Nicholls with their bookmarks.
