Banbury’s BGN school celebrates as students collect their A Level results
Over three quarters of students at BGN were celebrating today as they received grades ranging from A* to C (78 percent) while over half (54 percent) received grades B or higher with a 98 percent overall successful pas rate.
The success will allow students to continue their higher education and move to universities in September to study subjects from architecture to zoology.
Student Charlotte Riley achieved grades A*, A, A and will go on to study veterinary medicine and surgery while Robert Napiorkowski and Ella Shawyer obtained were also high achievers gaining grades A*, A* A and Distinction Star and A*, A, Distinction Star respectively.
Also noteworthy were the interim AS grades for Year 12 of which 70 percent achieved grades C or above with another year to go before the big exams.
